WELCOME TO PARKOUR YOUTH

Parkour is a safe and fun space to learn about why and how we can follow Jesus. Our team is genuinely interested in teaching the bible and seeing the youth grow and mature in their faith.

A typical night at Parkour Youth Group includes playing active games, reading the bible together, hearing a short bible talk from a youth group leader, having a time for questions and sharing supper together.

When: Each Friday night during school term from 7:00PM-8:30PM

Where: Newington Public School, Newington Blvd, Newington

Who: Youth of Auburn, Newington and surrounding suburbs from Year 6 to Year 12. All youth are welcome, whether they are a committed Christian or just starting to learn about Jesus.

ABOUT OUR PARKOUR YOUTH LEADERS

Our Parkour Youth Group leaders meet the minimum requirements of safe ministry standards. We are keen to get to know the parents of Parkour Youth. Please do come and say hello to the leaders during pick-up and drop-off!

Viv

Viv grew up in a non-Christian family and found that youth group was a great place to ask the “big questions” about faith and life. She loves creating a safe space for youth to ask their own big questions!

During the week Viv works as a primary school teacher and loves running the Christian lunch-time groups and chapel services.
